Complete Corporate Health is bound by the provisions of Privacy Act (Cth. 1988) as amended.
Complete Corporate Health collects personal medical information for the purpose of undertaking pre-employment medical examination. We only collect information relative to these purposes.
The Human Resources Department of a prospective employer will be have restricted access to your medical records. Sensitive personal information will not be accessible.
Information in broad terms, concerning the results of your pre-employment medical examination will be made available to your prospective employer. We will not release your personal information to any other party or organisation unless compelled by law.
Your personal information will be kept secure at all times and is protected from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. All medical records are protected by passwords and access is restricted to authorised staff only.
You have a right to access the information we hold on you at any time and to seek correction of that information if it is incorrect.
